This Privacy Policy explains how Gadget Cuts ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our content-publishing service ("Service").

1. Information we access

Gadget Cuts is operated by us to publish our own content to our own social media accounts. When we connect our accounts on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, the Service accesses—through those platforms' official APIs and only with our authorization:

• Basic account/profile information of the connected account (e.g., account name and identifier), used to display which account is connected.
• Authorization tokens that allow the Service to publish videos and posts on behalf of the connected account (e.g., via the TikTok Content Posting API and equivalent APIs).

2. How we use it

Access is used solely to upload and publish our short-form video content and to show connection status within our internal dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to publishing our content.

3. Data sharing & sale

We do not sell, rent, or share accessed information with third parties. Tokens and account data are used only to operate the Service.

4. Storage & security

Authorization tokens and connection data are stored on our own private server infrastructure, protected by access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS). Tokens are retained only while an account remains connected and are deleted when the account is disconnected.

5. End users

The Service does not collect personal data from viewers of our published clips; audience analytics are handled by the respective platforms under their own policies.

6. Your choices

Connected accounts can be disconnected at any time, which revokes the Service's access and removes stored tokens. You may also revoke access from within each platform's app settings.
